Refund & Return Policy

Faelan, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your planters or pots, we can assist.

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for curtains under certain conditions.
You may return your order if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design)
  • The product has quality issues or was damaged in transit (photo evidence required)

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if:

  • The product is custom-made (unless there is a defect)
  • The item has been used, washed, or altered by the customer
  • Your return request is made more than 30 days after delivery

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be brand new, unopened, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@faelan.shop
    with your order number and details.

Refunds

  • Once we get and inspect your returned item, we will let you know by email.
  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment 5–10 business days from that email.
  • Shipping is non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, we'll subtract the actual cost of shipping from your refund.

Exchanges
We don't exchange an item if it is not damaged or defective when you received it. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@faelan.shop within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Returns
Return shipping is charged to the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
