It is Faelan's job to make sure that your planters and pots are delivered safely and on time. Please look at the shipping policy below:
Processing Time
- Processing of all orders is done within 1–3 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) after the receipt of confirmation of an order via our email.
- You will be notified when your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- The shipping charge for your order is determined and displayed at check-out.
- Standard shipping will take 4–10 business days to arrive in the United States.
- Shipping times depend on where you are and shipping carrier availability.
Order Tracking
After shipping, an email with a tracking number to track your delivery status will be sent to you.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship currently only in the United States.
- We do not deliver to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes.
Delays
While we do our best to ship on time, we want you to understand that sometimes delays may occur due to uncontrollable circumstances (i.e., weather, carrier delays, or overwhelming order volume).
